Why we built it
A German listing tells you what the seller wants you to know. The Exposé sells the balcony, the Energieausweis sits in a separate PDF, and the WEG minutes — the one document that says what the building will actually cost you over the next ten years — arrive as a scan the evening before the Besichtigung.
Buyers end up doing the same manual work every time: reading sixty pages, copying figures into a spreadsheet, and trying to remember which obligation under the GEG applies to a gas boiler installed in 2004. Most of that is mechanical. It is exactly the kind of work software should do — as long as the software shows where every number came from.
