Product support
A run failed, an extracted value looks wrong, or a document will not import. Include the property or run ID if you have one — it is in the URL of the analysis page.
Data protection
Requests under Art. 15–21 GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection — and any question about how we process personal data.

We answer within two working days, Monday to Friday, in German or English. Data protection requests are answered within one month, as Art. 12 (3) GDPR requires.
There is no phone hotline. Written contact leaves a record of what was asked and what we answered, which matters when the subject is your documents.
